All bookings must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the end of the stay. You will be asked for the following information: card number, expiry date and cryptogram.
No amount will be charged in advance. Payment will be made on site.
We reserve the right to pre-authorize your credit card before the arrival date.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard.
We do not accept payment by cheque.
You can cancel your reservation at no charge up to 72 hours before your arrival date.
Between 72 hours and 24 hours before the date of your arrival, 30% of the price of your stay will be charged to your credit card.
In case of cancellation on the day of arrival or no-show, the total price of the stay will be charged to your credit card as compensation.
